about

Ainulindalë is putting into music the wonderful prologue to Tolkien's Silmarillion.

The album contains the entirety of the first chapter of the Simlarillion: Ainulindalë / The Music of the Ainur.

The tuning system used is 26 equal divisions of the octave.

The instrumental version is best for reading along with the book. Each song except the first one represents a paragraph, noted by the pilcrow (❡).
